The same for section 8 you will have to pay a processing fee of $100 to get your tenant package fill in and pay the security deposit up front in order to hold the house for 30 days and if your package is not approved by section 8 you will forfeit your deposit. After 30 days if still not approved, you will have to pay the first month rental payment until your package is received. For every month you pay, and section 8 pay you will be reimbursed.
