A local powerhouse, successful entrepreneur, and engaging modern Realtor®- Tina Knox has joined the Worth Clark Realty STL Team! A guest realtor on HGTV’s House Hunter, Tina is known for her successful leveraging of media, local connections, and marketing prowess to grow and serve her client base. We sat down with Tina to learn more about her background and why she chose the Worth Clark Realty team.

Q. When did you begin your real estate career?
A. In the summer of 2012
Q. What keeps you passionate about real estate?
A. The connection with the clients and to be an important resource for them in their transition of either buying or selling.
Q. How do you feel WCR provides you with the most value to help grow your real estate business?
A. I am brand new to Worth Clark but I am already highly impressed with the technology, training, and resources at our fingertips. The private groups with WC agents and the ability to reach someone for help at all hours is another huge PLUS. As we know – Real Estate Never Sleeps!
Q. What are the top reason(s) you joined Worth Clark?
A. It gives me the ability to brand my real estate business in a way that is important to me, the pay structure gives me the freedom to give back to the community, to be able to support my referral partners through my website and to be able to support an area charity that is near and dear to me. I want my business to be about community and giving back. As agents, we know the importance of community and want to see all communities thrive in our area!
Q. Would you advise other real estate agents to join WCR and why?
A. My advice would be that agents due their due diligence in checking into Worth Clark. I Love the community of agents and support they offer but even more incredible is the advanced technology, lead generation systems and so much more that is offered to us as agents. Worth Clark gives agents advanced technology and tools to stay up with the ever-changing market.
Q. You’ve been on HGTV House Hunters (wow!), any inside information that fans of the show would love to know?
A. This by far has been the highlight of my career! It was an amazing opportunity and experience. What some may not know is the amount of days spent filming (5 total) The film crew flies out 2 different times to film. A lot of permits and waivers are needed to be signed by any person(s) involved, subdivision committees, HOA’s, and the city to allow filming to happen.
Q.Real estate life is BUSY- what is your favorite local spot to grab grub on the go?
B. Fit Flavors (healthy prepared meals) I have a huge passion for health and fitness and I don’t always have the time or energy to grocery shop, meal prep, and pack food to go….in fact that sounds terrible. So that is one of my favorite go-to places! 🙂
Q. What/where are your favorite networking events?
A. Networking events that have a “cause” tied to them. It is fun being a part of something that you know gives back while networking with other agents and business owners.
Q. What mobile app could you not live without?
A. This is a big toss-up…..Outlook is a MUST have to keep in touch with clients and keep up with emails. Or Facebook (a necessary evil) because social media presence has been a wonderful tool for my business. There is so much data at our fingertips on social media and also so many that see your dedication to your career. It is a wonderful resource for free advertisement.
