I’m a seasoned managing principal broker at Worth Clark Realty and owner of Keys Real Estate in Vancouver, WA. Passionate about real estate, I combine local knowledge with entrepreneurial skills. I’m also a yoga enthusiast and enjoy time with my husband, Bill, my Marketing Manager/Mortgage Broker, and our 4 lb Yorkie, Charlee IV. I aim to travel to new places and create wealth through multiple businesses for financial freedom.

 

What inspired you to start your real estate career?

With a background of more than ten years in mortgage and banking management, partnering with my husband and business partner, Bill, it became essential for one of us to obtain our real estate license. This was necessary to serve our clients as a comprehensive Realtor®/Mortgage Broker team fully.

 

What was the defining moment you knew you were passionate about helping clients achieve their goals?

With over 20 years of industry experience and over 40 years combined experience with Bill and me, we’ve encountered numerous unique situations, allowing us to assist clients in ways others may not. Our clients are like family to us, and I recognize the immense value our experience brings in smoothly navigating even the most challenging scenarios.

Each time you hand over the keys, it’s not just a property transfer; it’s enabling dreams, building legacies, and often changing lives. This can bring immense satisfaction and a deep sense of purpose to your work.

 

What is the best real estate advice you’ve read or received?

The importance of truly understanding the local market. This lets you provide clients with informed advice, effectively position properties, and negotiate wisely. This can provide invaluable insights and opportunities, making you a trusted advisor rather than just a service provider.

 

New Realtors® often struggle with lead generation and consistency. What advice would you give to a new agent attempting to build their business?

Engage with the community by networking, volunteering, and expanding your sphere of influence—then actively work within that sphere. Attend as many open houses as possible, focus on mastering one or two skills, and excel at them.

 

What are you passionate about outside of real estate?

Health, staying active, and travel are essential to me. I strive to remain grounded and infuse love and gratitude into all my actions.
