Chase Coughlin

Hi!! My name is Chase Coughlin and I am proud to call myself a Realtor in the West Michigan Area! I have been an agent for several years helping my clients find their first home, upgrade or down grade to a new home, and educating everyone along the way! Over the last few years, I have started a farm, got enganged to a wonderful woman, and helped countless clients find their dream home to start their own homestead or buy/sell their agricultural property to either expand or downsize depending on the situation. No matter what you needs are, me or my team can help you along the way! No client is ever turned away. 

When I am not busy with real estate I have plenty to keep me busy! I am an avid fitness fanatic who loves ultra running, powerlifting, and obstacle course races! We also have a first generation farm on our hands where we raised organic and natural produce and livestock! Together with my fiance, we have 4 boys all under 11 who are active in rodeo, football, and any other sport they can get signed up for.

After serving in law enforcement for 10 years, both at the local and federal level, I started in real estate to have a better work/life balance. Currently I am the Chairman of the GRAR Safety Task Force where I help keep our agents, and thus our clients, safe and provide them with the best education and defense courses out there!
