In contrast, most agents try to get as many buyers and sellers as possible, relying on the theory that a percentage of their prospects will buy in The Villages. With a large number of clients, those agents have a limited amount of time to spend with each client. 

The first thing you see is a search box for homes when you go on a real estate website. The Villages is too complex of a community to start looking for a home immediately. Buying a home in The Villages is not like buying a home anywhere else in the World. You need to understand the dynamics of The Villages before you start your search for a home. Jim will help you navigate through the maze of information to help you buy the right home in the right village the first time.

Jim has always limited his number of clients to give them the time and services they need. He considers it a personal failure if he cannot put a buyer in a home that they love or cannot sell a home for a seller at a reasonable price and within their guidelines of when they would like to sell. That is why most of Jim's clients have become close friends over the years.

Jim's professional qualifications far exceed that of most Real Estate Agents or Realtors. Jim has been a Florida Real Estate Agent since 2004. In 2013, Jim earned the CCIM designation for commercial real estate agents, equivalent to an advanced degree in Real Estate. The CCIM designation represents many facets of training and testing in real estate principles, theories, and practical applications. Before his real estate career, he was a Certified Public Accountant for 27 years. This training, education, and experience provide him with a foundation that few real estate professionals have because he understands a real estate transaction's complex financial and legal facets.

In 2024, Jim joined Worth Clark Realty, a national real estate firm, because of the resources they provide their agents and the strength of their Orlando branch, which has 40+ agents.
