I was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin—a city proudly known as “A Great Place on a Great Lake.” Growing up there shaped my sense of community and commitment to serving others, inspiring me to join the Milwaukee Police Department. My career in law enforcement spanned an incredible 36 years, during which I dedicated myself to protecting and serving the community I loved. Upon retiring, I discovered a new way to help people—through real estate.

My wife Dee and I share a wonderful life with our two sons, Eric and Ryan, and we are proud grandparents to two amazing grandchildren, Elliott and Evan. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and they inspire me every day to give my best to the clients I serve.

As a licensed Realtor® in both Wisconsin and Florida, I’ve had the privilege of experiencing The Villages’ “Lifestyle Visit” and the full “Design and Build” process firsthand. I closed on my own home in The Villages in February 2023, equipping me with invaluable insights into the home-buying and building journey in this vibrant community.

When I’m not helping clients find their dream homes, I enjoy playing golf, pickleball, and water volleyball, and cheering on my favorite teams—the Milwaukee Brewers, Tampa Bay Rays, and Green Bay Packers. And yes, I’ll always be a proud “cheesehead” at heart! For tennis fans, my favorite professional player is Carlos Alcaraz.

 As someone deeply connected to Southeast Wisconsin and now The Villages, Florida, I bring a unique perspective and a deep understanding of both markets. My personal experience with The Villages’ housing market enables me to guide clients through its unique quirks, including the necessity of working with two agents, navigating CDD governance, adhering to ARC deed restrictions, and embracing the golf cart lifestyle.

 In addition to my real estate expertise, I’m honored to serve as the only Homes for Heroes affiliate in The Villages area. This program allows me to give back to active and retired military personnel, first responders, teachers, and healthcare workers. I provide them with well-deserved reward checks based on their home purchase or sale price—no strings attached and no red tape. It’s my way of saying, “Thank you for your service!”
