Raena Ratcliff

As a central FL native and third generation Realtor®, Raena Ratcliff grew up in the small town of Lake Panasoffkee, located in Sumter County. She often spent her time traveling with her grandparents who are broker/owners on their real estate endeavors, this is where she found her love for real estate and the impact it can have on one's life. This led her to become a third generation real estate professional in central Florida.

From a small child, if she wasn’t in her family’s real estate office, she was in the dance or gymnastics studio. Raena took pride in her dedication to dance all throughout her schooling at The Villages Charter School, which where she graduated from in 2018.

When she was only 16, Raena obtained her first job in the restaurant industry. She frequently acknowledges the lessons taught to her by her former work field. Even stating “I believe everything in life happen for a reason and now I look back in appreciation because it taught me to have more patience, to problem-solve, and to be flexible in the face of a challenge.”

Only two years after graduating, she left the restaurant world and obtained her real estate license. As a full time real estate agent, Raena brings a strategic yet personable approach to the home buying and selling process. She strives to build her business around: Communication, Dedication, and trust. Raena combines her love for helping people and her passion for the real estate industry to provide a client-centric customer experience for all.
