Hi, I'm Cindy!

Born and raised in Florida, I have been living in Jacksonville since 1992, where my husband Erich and I raised our 3 children. With friends and family scattered all over the State, Florida will always remain my "home".

I have a Bachelors degree in accounting from the University of Central Florida and am also a UNF alumnus. I worked in the accounting industry for over 13 years as a licensed CPA and Financial Analyst.  Since 2005, I have held positions as a Mortgage Broker, Mortgage Banker and a Loan Originator.

Purchasing a home is a huge financial commitment, and should be part of a larger financial plan. I feel incredibly fortunate to have helped so many clients accomplish their dreams over the past 18 years.

I have always had a passion for real estate, which started after we built our own home with the help of my father.   I quickly began to understand the saying, "A house is made of walls and beams; a home is built with love and dreams".
