Cristina "Cris" Cortes is dedicated professional with over 9 years of experience in the South Florida area, where she was born and raised. As a Managing Broker  for Worth Clark Realty, she assists in leading and mentoring the Florida Agents! Worth Clark Realty operates in over twelve so if she is unable directly to assist, she can point clients in the direction to someone who can, and who will most certainly provide the same exceptional service! Her internal team also consists of an In-House Lender who are able to pre-qualify and advise clients of all mortgage options right there and then, as well as an In-House Real Estate Attorney & Title Company that will ensure that their rights and money are fully protected both as a Buyer & Seller in a transaction.

Cris currently serves as a Florida Realtors Director and is the 2023 President for the Women's Council of Realtors for Palm Beach County. She focuses on mentoring new agents to help them learn how to provide top on the line service and become servant leaders within the community and building them up in skills, education, and value.

Cris offers expertise primarily in residential sales and commercial leasing. With her prior career as a Certified Bankruptcy & Foreclosure Paralegal, she also specializes in short sales and has a designation as a Resort & Second Home Property Specialist. In addition, she has managed several properties and worked in the real estate legal industry for several years before deciding to take it a step further and be actively involved with buyers, tenants, and sellers.

Whatever it is, Cris is here to serve her clients and provide them with the best quality experience. She believes in helping clients understand and become educated about the process and making sure it is seamless and smooth leaving clients with the desire to continue working with her and her team for all potential real estate needs.
