Coastal Luxury Group was formed by husband & wife team of Michael and Eva Davis, after Eva had spent many successful years in real estate herself and wanted to grow a brand with an emphasis on Coastal, Luxury, and Waterfront properties in Northeast Florida. Eva and Michael believe that Buyers and Sellers of a home at any price point should receive the LUXURY treatment they deserve!

Eva is originally from Hungary, and she has lived in the USA for 30+ years and speaks fluent Hungarian and English. Through dedication of excellence in service, she has excelled with several Brokerages, earning Top Producer, Executive Club, and 100% Club winner multiple times. Eva is both a Certified Listing Professional and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. She loves dogs and is a supporter of K9s for Warriors.  Real estate is Eva's true passion, and she loves negotiating for her customers, which are always put first and foremost. Michael has lived in Jacksonville for over 33 years and most of those years at the Beaches or Intracoastal area, where his love for coastal living makes him the happiest.  Michael is an avid fisherman and boat owner- allowing him to show buyers their ideal coastal home and surrounding waters by boat.  He brings personal insight to knowing tides, waterways, bulkheads, boat ramps, and other coastal aspects to home buying and selling.  Michael is also a certified Military Relocation Professional, serving our local Military communities.
