Before becoming a real estate agent, I was a project manager for a home builder and a teacher. Both of these life experiences help me to better serve my current clients. I educate buyers and sellers on the process of buying and selling their homes, and with my home construction experience, I am able to provide clients a valuable inside perspective. Since I understand what goes into building a house, I am able to give detailed information that leads to better decision-making when buying and selling a home. In addition, I am currently remodeling my own home and have flipped homes in the past. This gives me the experience needed to help sellers determine what fixes (if any) should be made prior to selling. I provide as much support as needed, which can include referring contractors, scheduling, setting up designer visits and staging. I lived in Kirkwood for 20 years and have been in the city now for 5 - so am very familiar with both the city and county markets.
