My diverse background has given me a unique perspective on the real estate industry. Born in Brazil to Japanese parents, I spent over a decade in my twenties living in Japan before moving to the United States in 2016. I began investing in rental properties in Illinois, then transitioned to house flipping as I found the market more favorable in Pittsburgh. After obtaining my real estate license in Pennsylvania, I worked closely with investors to buy, renovate, and sell properties for large profits. Now a licensed agent in Florida, I've settled in Jacksonville, where I continue to leverage my international upbringing and house flipping experience to help investors, whether local or remote, find and capitalize on lucrative deals. My in-depth knowledge of the entire investment process, from sourcing to closing, enables me to provide specialized guidance to investor clients.
