I believe that my current purpose is to help others succeed. I believe that the world is a better place when I intentionally put good out into it. I have been licensed since 2018 (in Texas first - that license is up-to-date, but inactive). I was a property manager of student housing, conventional housing, mixed-use multi-family and single-family homes from 2012-2022.

I grew up on a Christmas tree farm in southeast Georgia. I have a husband and two silly dogs. I have a vegetable and herb garden and an indoor plant room in my house. Outdoors, more specifically, bodies of water…MOST specifically, the beach, gives me life. Since I’m closer to the north GA rivers than the beaches, just send me down a cold river instead.

I’m a weird personal finance nerd and I enjoy talking about money. If I can be out of my house hanging out with people, that’s where you’ll find me. If not, I’m on my couch with my dogs binge-watching Netflix or reading a good book.

I’m intentional about education. If you search my license number, you’ll find that I have way more CE credits than I need. I learn the new technology when it’s available to me and I like things to work efficiently.

I am confident in my abilities to help you. I’m also the person who will tell you “I don’t know” and then find the real answer. I am resourceful and will make every effort to find what you need. I’m not afraid to ask questions and I don’t want you to be either. So, ask away!
