Carol Barsch Bontrager

Carol has been as a licensed Realtor in Colorado since the year 2000, and thoroughly enjoys helping her clients realize their real estate goals and dreams.   Carol says "My real estate career gives me the opportunity to listen to my clients and assist them in discerning their needs while guiding them through complex real estate processes.  My passion is serving people through real estate while striving to make the home building, buying or selling process ultimately gratifying for my clients and all involved. It is a huge responsibility - one that I take very seriously, and it's enormously gratifying. So many of my clients and their family members are now my lifelong friends.  It is my pleasure and passion to continue to serve my clients and friends and the people they refer to me."

Carol works throughout the Colorado Front range in Denver, Adams, Broomfield, Weld, Larimer and Boulder Counties, especially in Broomfield, Lafayette, Louisville, Thornton and Erie, Colorado. She has a keen sense of the market and knows the needs of her clients.  She is a strong negotiator and uses the best technology to stay ahead of the market. 

Carol is a Colorado native who values the Colorado lifestyle and knows you will too. She earned her BS and MA degrees from the University of Northern Colorado and worked in the health care field for 15 years prior to her real estate career.
