Bill Munette

In 1996 Bill became a licensed Realtor® in Connecticut. After working with several buyers and sellers, and in order to get a more thorough understanding of the business, Bill joined a New England based bank as a mortgage loan officer. Originating mortgages for home buyers gave greater depth to the entire home buying process. The passion, however, was in the homes and clients themselves. After relocating to Florida, Bill obtained his Real Estate license in the state of Florida and is now the Senior Managing Broker in the State of Florida. Bill stays current with today’s Real Estate Laws and Marketing, Bill is currently specializing in residential home sales as well as Commercial Sales in Tampa Bay Florida. Bill’s primary focus is on his team of agents in the areas of Tampa Bay, Panhandle, Southwest Florida, and Jacksonville and being there to support the other Managing Brokers in the Orlando and Miami areas as needed. He also enjoys working with past clients, referrals and networking. He has developed a large network including past clients and other professionals in the real estate industry including working with high end luxury homeowners in the area and developing an International Network of other Real Estate Professionals. Bill is continuously seeking additional knowledge in the world of Real Estate and has earned the following designations and certifications from the National Association of Realtors®.
