Megan Lawlor

Megan moved to Austin in 2011 and since then has lived in over 10 different homes in the Austin area! Megan first became interested in real estate when she and her husband sold their home in Avery Ranch including everything in it! It was an offer they couldn't resist. Since selling their first home, they have purchased and sold several homes and converted some of them into long term and short term rentals. She and her husband designed and renovated a tiny home which is now one of their long term rentals which has exceeded their return on investment expectations. Megan's broad business background will leverage strengths such as negotiating, contracts, crucial conversations, project management and problem-solving to bring you a quality transaction. Communication is crucial and she commits to each of her clients to keep them well informed about the process all along the way. Megan is married to Keith and they have a daughter, Cora. Together they also have two fur babies: Sadie the Maltipoo and Teddie the Pomeranian. Hobbies include: playing ukulele, visiting parks, enjoying the outdoors, karaoke, painting (Megan was on the West Austin Studio Tour), visiting breweries/wineries, and taking advantage of the latest and greatest happy hour special Austin Neighborhoods she has lived in: Avery Ranch, 4 downtown high-rise buildings, Oakmont/Rosedale, Westlake, 2222, Zilker, Bouldin, South Congress, Onion Creek, East Austin and the list continues.
