Kee Durham

I’m Wanakee Durham, a Licensed Realtor in Missouri. I’ve been in the business for over 4 years. Prior to a career in real estate I have over 15 years in customer service and sales. I’ve worked for several large insurance and telecommunications companies, and worked for years in Senior Leadership Positions. I spent 2 years working in Texas, and returned to Missouri in 2016 with a deep desire to make more of a mark and difference in my community. As I was beginning my career in real estate I also took the steps to become a foster parent for youth in need. I have fostered 4 children and counting in just over 2 years, I’ll be adopting my son who I’ve had since he was 2 months old in late 2021. Real Estate and Fostering youth are such passions of mine that I have joined the two in my non profit Bella’s Haven Homes LLC, coming 4th quarter 2021. This will provide transitional housing for youth and young adults aging out of care. In April 2021, I transitioned to a boutique brokerage Worth Clark Realty, after having worked at some of the more familiar companies. My client's bottom line was a huge motivation for the switch; I care about the fees that are attached to a deal. As a Realtor, I’ve built relationships with Lenders, Inspectors, City Clerks, Credit Companies and more. The end goal is to deliver a winning experience for clients and new returning
