1. What gets you going and keeps you thriving in real estate?

As an admirer of design, I enjoy seeing the different styles of homes as well as using my expertise to beautifully stage a client’s property- ensuring that it truly shines. Ultimately though, the best moments are when I’m able to help my clients achieve their investment goals or dreams of homeownership. It’s a thrill that keeps me thriving!


2. What areas of real estate do you specialize in? 
I specialize in relocation, contract negotiations, marketing, and upscale/ luxury listings. I have a reputation for being a strong advocate for my clients. I attribute this reputation to my tenacity, creative marketing skills, and the ability to bring all parties together to a mutually beneficial agreement.


3. What are your main hobbies/ interests?
Spending time with my family, enjoying art, music, film, and dining out. I’m an active member of Nicoles’s Cardiac Kids (Board Member) and also volunteer with Sunshine Kids. Additionally, I truly enjoy helping clients make their real estate dreams come true.


4. What does the Comunale household look like? 
I’m married to my husband Tim. We have three kids and am a dog-mom to the best-looking Pomeranian you’ve ever seen, Arnie Pomie!


5. What is your greatest accomplishment professionally?
Achieving multi-millions annually in production, in part due to my extensive marketing efforts, attentiveness, and up-to-date market knowledge. I’ve also achieved top-tier production awards several years in a row and have been named a Fort Lauderdale’s Finest nominee by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, mainly due to my leadership and volunteering on the board of directors for Nicole’s Cardiac Kids.


6. Although Worth Clark Realty has established itself in many markets, making a switch to a brokerage new to your market can be stressful and there can be many unknowns. Given all of that- why did you (and why might others) ultimately decide to join Worth Clark?
I decided to join as I really like the business model and love the idea of making a change that is beneficial to fellow real estate professionals. Plus, I’m excited to be part of helping WCR grow in a new market!


7. What aspects of Worth Clark are most valuable to you as a modern real estate professional?
The systems, technology, 100% commission, resources, admin support, and the agent-centered company culture.


8. In your opinion, why should agents consider joining Worth Clark?

9. What excites you the most about being the local broker for Worth Clark in your market?
The opportunity to act in a leadership role to other agents, consumer credibility, and the opportunity, to receive agent-to-agent referrals from other markets, especially with opening offices in Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville.


10. What do you see happening in the Florida market over the next couple of years?
The steep incline will normalize to a more balanced market when interest rates go up and people begin to sell.
