Cathleen’s real estate journey began in South Florida in 2002, but her training in elite client service started long before that. For 12 years, Cathleen worked in sales and marketing for major hotel resorts and casinos in Las Vegas.
That high-pressure environment was the perfect training ground for real estate.
"Those years taught me how to stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, and truly listen to people’s needs."
When her husband’s career triggered a relocation, Cathleen realized how vital a knowledgeable Realtor is when moving to a new city. She decided to channel her business background into an entrepreneurial path, helping others navigate those same big life transitions.

Cathleen is a believer in the long game. Her advice to new agents is to avoid "winging it" and instead become a true student of their local area.

This dedication to expertise was born in her early years. She relied on traditional, hands-on methods—door-knocking For Sale By Owner homes and leaving handwritten notes with market data. She learned quickly that when you provide genuine value for the client's benefit rather than your own, trust grows and success follows.

In an industry often obsessed with call quotas, Cathleen takes a more organic approach. Her success is anchored in consistency and discipline, but her interactions are personal.
"I’m not a 'make 5 calls a day' person," she explains. "I like to be a consistent resource for my clients well past closing day."
For Cathleen, the joy comes from the long-term relationship—receiving photos of a client’s newly renovated kitchen or simply catching up on life. She believes that real estate is a personal business, and customers naturally want to work with people they like and trust.
