In 100 words or less, describe who you are.
I’m a proud native Texan, but Arkansas has been my home for the past 23 years. I hold a bachelor’s degree in business from Wayland Baptist University. As a mom to four children and three stepchildren, as well as a grandma to three boys, one girl, and two more arriving this summer, family is at the heart of everything I do. I have a passion for reading, restoring furniture, and spending time with my beloved fur babies. Helping clients with their real estate needs brings me great joy, and I’m excited for what the future holds.
What inspired you to start your real estate career?
After being a stay-at-home mom, it was time for me to find something for myself. I have always loved helping people and worked in sales part-time while raising my children. I knew real estate was the obvious choice for a career for me.
What was the defining moment you knew you had a passion for helping clients achieve their goals?
There hasn’t been one single moment that defined my passion for helping clients; rather, every transaction has brought its own rewards. I truly love assisting each and every client I work with. I’ve been called a “momma bear” when it comes to my clients, and to me, that’s a huge compliment. It means I’m there for them, guiding them through the process with care and ease. It’s a privilege to support my clients in this way with every step of the journey.
Part of Worth Clark’s mission statement is to help deliver the promise of ownership to our clients and community. How rewarding has this industry been for you, helping so many achieve this dream?
For many, homeownership feels like a distant dream. Helping my clients turn that dream into reality has been an absolute pleasure. Their excitement is truly contagious! I’ve also had the privilege of working with repeat clients, which I consider the greatest compliment an agent can receive.
What is the best real estate advice you would give to other agents?
Listening to my clients’ needs and putting them first is my priority. When you truly focus on helping others, the rewards naturally follow.
New Realtors® often struggle with lead generation and consistency. What advice would you give to a new agent attempting to build their business?
Persistence and consistency in follow-up are essential. Success comes from staying proactive and not being afraid to put yourself out there.
What are you passionate about outside of real estate?
My faith, my family, and my love for reading are at the heart of who I am.
What was the onboarding experience like at Worth Clark Realty? Would you do it again?
Absolutely. It was very thorough. If I had questions, someone was there to answer quickly.
What would you tell agents who are considering joining Worth Clark?
Just do it. This is a great company. They are a company of their word; everything they have said, they have done. They have put me in a position to be successful.
