Sandra Fernandez

Sandra was raised in the St. Louis area with 2 siblings. Never in a million years did she think she’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict what you’re meant to do in life. Sandra's first career was as a Registered Dietitian in Healthcare Food Service. For nearly 25 years she managed teams in most of the major hospitals around St. Louis and enjoyed getting to work with the Chefs and Nurses to implement Room Service in all of her locations. Sandra came to lead over 500 employees and 40 managers reporting to her in 7 hospitals, never wavering in her resolve for to become the best version of herself with each career move and winning several awards for exceptional services and client satisfaction along the way. Sandra got into the real estate industry in 2014 turning her then-single home into her first successful rental property. She saw the potential of real estate to change lives and set out to create her future of financial freedom and create a legacy of wealth and financial independence for her twin sons. Her aspirations included learning how to use Real Estate to build long term wealth and the priority was to be able to pay for her boys to attend college. As her career advanced from Real Estate Investor to Licensed Realtor, Sandra found her stride working with rental property investors and tenants, rehabbing and refreshing properties for new families. Selling homes was a vehicle to help others increase the equity in their homes and getting the best price possible for her clients that their homes.  She uses her experience rehabbing homes and improving neighborhoods to help her clients prepare their homes for sale and buyers know what to look for in a good home. She has an extensive list of reliable contractors her clients can use if needed. She’s an expert in listing homes for sale using techniques to maximize sale prices and get the most equity possible for her clients. She is a skilled negotiator and since she is a home buyer herself, she understands all moving parts of the sale process and can leverage her clients position for maximum results and top dollar in any market. She is a coach and mentor for new agents and investors looking to build their businesses. She also continues to do work in the Health and Wellness industry and volunteers on the Board of Directors for a local workshop employing special needs adults.
