If you ask Nikole what real estate means to her, she won’t just mention contracts and closings—she’ll talk about heart, hustle, and human connection.
With over seven years of experience, Nikole’s journey into real estate began after a successful career running a vein clinic for vascular surgeons. Though the transition from structured medicine to the ever-evolving world of real estate came with its challenges, her drive to help people leap into homeownership motivated her.
“I went all in, full-time,” Nikole said. “I started with my sphere and just went from there.”
Her passion? People. For Nikole, clients aren’t just transactions—they become family. “I treat all of my clients like family,” she said. “I host appreciation events, do pop-bys, and check in on them long after closing. They know I’m here for them—always.”
That level of dedication is fundamental in a shifting industry. Amid changes in the real estate landscape and new conversations surrounding agent commissions, Nikole’s approach remains rooted in transparency and adaptability. “Everything in real estate is negotiable,” she explained. “It’s all about clear communication and staying adaptable.”
Finding Her Place at Worth Clark Realty
Nikole joined Worth Clark Realty nearly a year ago after her previous brokerage was acquired. The support Worth Clark Realty offers is what sold her on the brokerage. With on-demand broker assistance and guaranteed support, it’s a no-brainer.
“Ryan Michaelis, Worth Clark’s CGO, came down and met with us. He shared everything they offer—broker support, a CRM, mentorship opportunities—and that kind of hands-on leadership really stood out to me,” she recalled. “Support is everything. I can always reach someone, and that’s been huge.”
From referral opportunities within Worth Clark’s network that spans 19 states to 100% commission and hitting her transaction fee cap in her first year with the brokerage, Worth Clark has exceeded Nikole’s expectations.
Last year, even with joining the brokerage in May of 2024, Nikole earned Worth Clark Realty’s Top Performer award, finishing top 5 in the entire state of Texas for closed units (17) and volume ($7.9MM). For the entire 2024 calendar year, Nikole closed 30 units and $11.7MM in volume.
Giving Back Through Homes for Heroes
One of the most meaningful parts of Nikole’s real estate journey has been becoming an affiliate with Homes for Heroes, a program that gives back to community heroes—teachers, military members, first responders, and healthcare professionals. Nikole donates a portion of her commission to these clients at closing, a gesture that reflects her core values.
“It’s my way of saying thank you. They give so much to our communities, and this is one way I can give back,” Nikole said.
Beyond Real Estate: A Passion for Travel and Culture
Outside of work, Nikole is a world traveler and adventurer at heart. Barbados is her favorite place to visit.
“It was the safest, most welcoming place I’ve ever visited. Everyone is happy and family-oriented,” she said.“I’d love to have dual citizenship there someday!”
Next up on her travel bucket list is Ireland.
At the Heart of It All
Whether she’s guiding a first-time buyer, showing up at a client’s BBQ, or hopping on a plane to explore a new country, Nikole brings the same energy to everything she does: passion, presence, and purpose.
“I always tell my clients—I don’t just sell homes. I help people build their future. Hustle and heart—it really does set you apart,” Nikole said.
