North County Property Management Account Executive

Worth Clark Realty has recently been ranked #89 on Inc.’s list of the fastest privately-held companies in the US, and we’re looking for one qualified candidate with an Illinois’ real estate broker license for the position of a Worth Clark Realty Account Executive to start immediately. The Account Executive will be responsible for assisting buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords with sales, leasing and property management services in North St. Louis County.

Responsibilities:

-Fielding all buyer, seller, tenant and property management leads
-Perform property valuation and rental analysis for potential customers using a variety of resources
-Face to face sales of listing, leasing and property management services
-Process background information and screening on potential tenants
-Prepare property management agreements, lease contracts, and sales contracts
-Schedule property visits and showings
-Collect security deposits and earnest money from tenants and buyers
-Conduct move-in and move-out property inspections

Requirements:

-MUST have an active real estate broker license
-Entrepreneurial spirited, motivated, and driven
-Excellent communicator, with superior organization skills
-Strong attention to detail, and pride of work performed
-Have a presentable and dependable vehicle.
-Excellent with computers and technology in general
-Willing to work long hours, evenings and weekends
-Open, honest, trustworthy, and dependable

No property management and/or leasing experience required, but must be able to prove attention to detail, and a solid sales and/or management capabilities.

Compensation:
Full-time – Commission based with residuals – You get paid every time you rent and sell a property, and will earn additional residuals per property. Specific quotas established, and exceeding these earns additional commission and bonuses. This is an opportunity to be part of something big, with room to grow professionally as the company grows.
