Worth Clark Realty doesn’t believe in the one size fits all approach. We’ve put together three great listing services, depending on the level of services you’d like to use to sell your home. The best part is, regardless of the listing program you choose, if you find the buyer then a buyer agent commission is NOT paid at closing. Compare that to the typical traditional agent’s listing contract, which usually binds you to paying 6% at closing no matter what!
Flat Fee MLS – This is the For Sale By Owner who doesn’t mind doing the showings, open houses, negotiations, and is comfortable doing all paperwork him or herself. For just one low flat fee upfront, your home will be listed in the St. Louis MLS, Showcased in Realtor.com and Zillow.com, and throughout our extensive online advertising network.
Hybrid Listing – This is for the For Sale By Owner who doesn’t mind handling the showings and open houses, but would like our advice and guidance, negotiation assistance, and coordination of all contract paperwork and disclosures. This service provides you with the same online presence as the Flat Fee MLS listing, but with Full Service Representation. You will have a full service, professional appearance – Buyer agents and the general public WILL NOT know you are paying a discounted commission using utilizing this service.
Traditional Listing – This is for the homeowner who would rather let us take care of everything. We provide everything, and the best part is… if we find the buyer, only 2% commission is paid at closing.
