As the Managing Broker of Worth Clark Realty’s busy corporate real estate office in St Louis, MO, I’m heavily involved in assisting our affiliated licensees and also growing the Worth Clark Realty brand. Our #1 goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience not only to those who utilize our real estate services, but also to our Worth Clark Realtors®. Because of this and the value we offer in all things real estate, we’ve been nationally recognized in consecutive years as one of the fastest growing American companies, in an industry that is ever-changing. Worth Clark Realty gives me the flexibility as the Managing Broker and Director of Business Development to not only think outside of the box, but actually try new things to engage customers/potential clients and agents with other Brokerages about the benefits we offer.
This flexibility also provides for our agents to run their business as they see fit. The real estate industry is shifting to be more value driven. The days of the “big-box” Brokers charging exorbitant fees just to sell a home are slowly coming to a halt. Our agents don’t have to fight clients on commission, or come to me to get “approval” on fees because we allow them to set their own fee structure. We don’t like taking huge chunks of our agents commission either. Our agents are able to put the money they earn with our 100% commission structure back into growing their business.
I enjoy helping our agents succeed, and seeing continual five star reviews from their clients. Broker support is crucial to the growth of the Worth Clark Realty brand. I’ve transitioned into this role of Managing Broker after being a very successful real estate agent with WCR. I’d like to think that my past experiences can help those real estate professionals who choose to be a part of what were doing at Worth Clark Realty.
